Farallon Consulting, L.L.C., a West Coast leader in environmental and engineering consulting, announces the appointment of Steffran Neff to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. Neff will oversee Farallon’s day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives to support growth and define the future of Farallon.

Neff’s career spans the environmental and engineering consulting industries, where she has been a proven leader in developing and motivating collaborative teams. With strong skills in negotiation, facilitation, communication, and business decision support, she is well-versed in both thinking strategically and implementing tactics. She holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
