Gregg serves as NEBC’s executive director. Gregg most recently served as Director of Marketing & Member Programs for Associated Oregon Industries. He also served as Executive Director of Young Entrepreneurs Business Week. With an extensive background in leading trade associations, he served as President & CEO of Oregon Lodging Association, and held senior leadership positions with Oregon Restaurant Association, Washington State Hotel & Motel Association, and Oregon Optometric Association. In 2008, Gregg formed The Mindt Group, providing strategic marketing and management solutions to a select group of businesses and organizations. Gregg, his wife, Linda, and two daughters reside in Lake Oswego.
Tyler manages NEBC’s Seattle office and focuses on program
activities and member relations. He comes to NEBC with a diverse
professional background that includes experience in higher education,
trade association management, and environmental advocacy. Before joining
NEBC, Tyler served as the Director of Outreach & Development at the
Wild Fish Conservancy, a non-profit organization dedicated to the
recovery and conservation of the Northwest’s wild-fish ecosystems. Prior
to that, he was a Senior Manager at the Grocery Manufacturers
Association in Washington, DC where he developed and managed a variety
of conferences, workshops, and other projects for executives from member
companies. Earlier, he held several positions at the American Society
for Engineering Education including Program Manager and Continuing
Education Manager. Tyler is an avid fly fisherman and lives with his
wife and Jack Russell Terrier.
Jeff focuses on building sponsor and exhibitor support for NEBC
events, and on helping grow the ranks of NEBC members. He has held sales
and outreach roles in several organizations including the Portland
Business Journal and the Northwest Resource Federal Credit Union. Prior
to that, he worked as a Business Development Manager for the Portland
Business Alliance (Portland’s “chamber of commerce”). In his capacity as
the Vice-Chair of the Old Town Chinatown Business Association, he
worked on their monthly luncheon programs and other events. Jeff also
spent 5 years as a graphic designer for a Portland TV station, and in
his rare time away from his wife and two sons, he plays guitar and bass
in the Portland music scene.

Lisa manages marketing, communications, member relations, and strategic partnerships for NEBC.
Her experience spans the private, public, and non-profit sectors, including creating award
winning programs while serving as the Environmental Education Program Manager for the James
City Service Authority in Williamsburg, VA. Lisa is a world traveler and considers the Amazon
Rain Forest and Venice among her favorite places. She and her dog are always on the hunt for
a new adventure.

Diane serves as the Operations Manager for NEBC. Her responsibilities include event logistics, office management and membership support. Previously Diane served as a marketing manager in the credit union industry, where she was responsible for facilities merchandising and product promotion. In addition, she has owned and managed a Baskin Robbins franchise and has extensive event planning experience as a volunteer for the Tigard-Tualatin School District. Diane enjoys spending her time volunteering in the community and outdoor activities with her family.
